Return & Refund Policy
Return and Store Credit
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Store Credit will be issued for eligible returns within 7 business days after your returned order has been accepted and will expire after 1 year. Your Store Credit can be used as a payment method for online orders or purchases in-store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return fees will be at the charge of the customer.
Refunds
In the rare case that your product is damaged upon receiving and we are not able to provide a replacement, we will offer a refund once we have received and inspected the item. Refunds are on case to case basis, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48hrs of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
